ESI is based in downtown Vancouver. Most of our work is in the Lower Mainland, and we take on projects across British Columbia and in Alberta.
Lower Mainland
Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, New Westminster, the North Shore and the Tri-Cities. This is where most of our work is.
Fraser Valley
Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and surrounding communities.
Vancouver Island
Victoria, Nanaimo and communities up the Island.
Okanagan & Interior
Kelowna, Kamloops, Vernon, Penticton and the wider Interior.
Northern BC
Prince George and communities across the north.
Alberta
Calgary, Edmonton and other Alberta communities, depending on the project. In Alberta, condominium planning uses reserve fund studies rather than depreciation reports.
Outside the Lower Mainland
How projects outside Vancouver work
Condition assessments and reviews need a site visit, so travel is planned around your building. If you have buildings in more than one city, we can often schedule them together.
